CNC Milling Operator | Day & Night Shifts

Position: CNC Milling  Operators

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift   Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement

BestLogic Staffing is searching for an experienced CNC Milling Operator on behalf of our manufacturing client. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and brings strong machine operating and inspection skills. Aerospace experience is preferred.

Openings are available on both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment.
• Follow work instructions and engineering drawings to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Measure and inspect machined components using swing gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations and report equipment issues or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC operating experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating vertical and horizontal CNC milling equipment with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis capabilities.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including swing gauges and micrometers.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
