Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports.
- Support HR teams in managing employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Process and maintain employee benefits and payroll information.
- Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to professional growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information while handling employee matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration is an advantage.
