Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports.
  • Support HR teams in managing employee relations and performance management initiatives.
  • Process and maintain employee benefits and payroll information.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to professional growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information while handling employee matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration is an advantage.
