We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer with expertise in high-speed sewing processes and edging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating high-speed sewing machines, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks.

This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of production and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate high-speed sewing machines to produce hair weaves.

Perform edging and finishing tasks to ensure clean, professional seams and hems.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain and troubleshoot sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sewer, with a focus on high-speed sewing and edging.

Proficiency in operating high-speed sewing machines and related equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical specifications.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
