About the job OFFICE SECRETARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-up tasks for Management Committee (Mancom) meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the ICD team, including documentation, record-keeping, and handling office supplies and resources.
- Office Support: Assist in organizing office logistics, handling correspondence, and ensuring a smooth, well-run work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
