Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-up tasks for Management Committee (Mancom) meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the ICD team, including documentation, record-keeping, and handling office supplies and resources.
  • Office Support: Assist in organizing office logistics, handling correspondence, and ensuring a smooth, well-run work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
