We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Store Manager who can lead with passion, drive results, and create unforgettable shopping experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and grow a brand-new team from the ground up
• Create unforgettable customer experiences from day one
• Drive sales and smash profit targets in a fresh market
• Set the tone by bringing our Bestie culture to life
• Launch the store with standout visual merchandising
• Run stock, operations, and shrink control with excellence

About you, our next Store Manager:

• Proven retail management experience (high-volume is a plus)
• Enthused, motivated, and ready to hit the ground running
• Inspiring leader who coaches, develops & empowers teams
• Creative eye for strategy and standout merchandising
• Thrives under pressure with strong time management
• Detail-driven, adaptable, and eager to make this new store a success
• Skilled at creating efficient rosters that set teams up for success from day one
