We're investing in our product and commercial capability as our business scales. To support this growth, we're expanding our Planning team across multiple levels—strengthening our ability to manage inventory, optimise performance, and deliver even more value to our customers.
In these roles, you'll be placed where you can make the biggest impact—driving sales, optimising stock flow, and ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, both in-store and online.
You may see several Planning and Assistant Planner roles live—that's intentional. As we grow, we're building a team with the right capability and depth to support our expanding business.

- Develop, support, and manage category-level financial plans, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Analyse sales, stock, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into clear actions.
- Partner closely with Buying, VM, and Store teams to ensure ranges are supported with the right stock levels, allocation, and replenishment strategies.
- Manage and support inventory flow, balancing availability with stock efficiency across channels.
- Contribute to and lead in-season trade activity—reacting quickly to performance and adjusting forecasts, intake, and allocations as required.
- Produce and maintain accurate reporting and data to support planning decisions and commercial outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations that influence product strategy, trading decisions, and commercial performance.
About you:
- Experience in retail, merchandise planning, planning support, or a related analytical role (level dependent)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance stock, sales, and margin outcomes
- Highly analytical with strong numerical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working with Excel and reporting tools to generate insights and support trading decisions
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally
- Able to influence stakeholders and contribute to decision-making (with increasing ownership at higher levels)
