The Role

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Store Manager to join and lead our team at our high-performing store in Carindale! Bring your energy, leadership, and passion for great shopping experiences to our team!

Your Day will consist of:

• Ensuring the customer service experience is second to none.
• Exceeding sales goals and profit for the store.
• Training and developing the 'Best' team.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
• Manage stock and shrinkage.
• We're a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same! Our team members, known as our Besties, are at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors. 

About you

• A minimum of 3 years' management experience in volume retailing.
• Commercial acumen shown in your ability to drive sales and costs figures.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and operations.
• A demonstrable drive to succeed by continuously seeking best practice in store management and the customer service experience.
• Creative flare shown in your innovative retail strategies through to your visual merchandising style.
• This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
