The Role

• As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
• Lead operational excellence and retail execution across the store
• Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences
• Support and collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow ASM
• Coach and develop team members for high performance
• Drive sales, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-focused team culture

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in a retail leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• A genuine passion for customer service and people development
• Great visual merchandising and operational capability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume store
