The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores, driving operational excellence, increasing sales, and maximizing profitability. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of national strategies, shape high-performing teams, and identify opportunities to propel the business forward through strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit & Loss Management: Achieve and surpass profit targets, while fostering a cost-conscious culture across all stores.
  • Sales Leadership: Cultivate a results-driven sales environment, leverage new growth opportunities, and maintain the highest operational standards.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric culture, and handle escalated issues to ensure consistent satisfaction across the region.
  • Talent Development: Lead the recruitment and development of top talent, providing guidance and mentorship to Store Managers and Area Managers. Build a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Safeguard company assets, oversee stocktakes, and reduce shrinkage through proactive management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all stores adhere to legislative requirements and company policies, maintaining operational integrity.

What You will Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail management, with multi-site oversight highly preferred.
  • A proven track record of delivering strong business results, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing profitability.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing teams, with a focus on building talent pipelines and fostering engagement.
  • Superior communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with an unwavering focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A steadfast commitment to safety and compliance, promoting best practices across all areas.
