Allocator Opportunities

We're investing in our product and commercial capability as our business scales. To support this growth, we're expanding our Planning and Allocation team—strengthening our ability to manage inventory, optimise stock flow, and deliver even more value to our customers.

In these roles, you'll be placed where you can make the biggest impact—ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, supporting sales performance and delivering a seamless customer experience both in-store and online.

You may see several Allocator roles live—that's intentional. As we grow, we're building a team with the right capability and depth to support our expanding business.

What you'll be doing in Allocation:

• Manage stock replenishment and allocation across stores, ensuring strong availability and stock efficiency
• Allocate new and advertised styles, supporting successful product launches and campaign execution
• Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, taking action to optimise performance
• Support planning teams with reporting, forecasting inputs, and in-season trade activities
• Partner closely with Stores, Buying, and Planning teams to ensure stock flows effectively across the network
• Assist with advertising orders, seasonal launches, and new store openings
• Maintain accurate data and reporting to support allocation decisions and commercial outcomes
• React quickly to trade, adjusting allocations and replenishment strategies to maximise results

About you:

• Experience in retail, allocation, planning support, or a related analytical role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Confident working with Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A passion for retail and delivering great customer outcomes
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career within retail planning and allocation
