The Role

Best&Less is one of Australias leading value fashion retailers, delivering high-volume creative across Baby, Kids, Womens, Mens and Seasonal campaigns. Were looking for a fast, detail-driven Finished Artist to join our Creative team and ensure all artwork is accurate, consistent, and channel-ready with a strong focus on digital and social

What you'll be doing

• Roll out campaign creative into specific channel executions across stores, website, digital media, social, EDMs and more.
• Prepare and finalise artwork to production standards, ensuring correct specs, colour profiles, bleeds and file formats.
• Conduct meticulous quality checks across all artwork (layout, text, colour, resolution).
• Manage core packaging assets, window decals, and in-store signage rollout.
• Produce simple design work such as basic EDMs and adapt existing concepts into final formats.
• Liaise with print suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth production and accurate delivery.
• Maintain organised file archives and stay across print, pre-press and software standards.

What you'll bring

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Acrobat Pro.
• Understanding of pre-press, colour management and print production.
• Fast, accurate, high-volume artwork rollout capability.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at pace with strong attention to detail.
• Basic design skills for simple layouts and digital assets.
• Clear communicator who can work collaboratively with designers, VM and digital teams.
