Were looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our amazing Best&Less Glenmore Park store! If youve got the energy, leadership skills, and love for creating standout shopping experiences, this could be your next big move.

What youll be doing:

• Delivering customer service thats second to none.
• Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
• Coaching, training, and developing your Best team.
• Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
• Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.
• Youll take the lead on creating rosters that keep the team running smoothly

About you:

• 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.
• A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
• A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
• A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and store standards.
• A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
