About the job BD Manager
The company
Our client is an innovative SaaS business that aims at revolutionizing parking payment. They are doing so by creating a fully automated systems that detects when drivers enter and exit enabled car parks and then automatically bills them for their length of stay. Put simply, your car is now your payment card.
What you will do
You will work within the Sales Department of Hozah and be responsible for marketing their software to independent car parks and Real Estate developers alike, driving adoption of Autopay. Specifically, you will focus on the following:
- Deliver against revenue targets on a monthly basis
- Build relationships with new car parks and real estate developers in the United Kingdom (main focus on London, but expanding everywhere else)
- Help to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Managing your existing accounts to make sure they have everything they need
- Diligently report on performance against targets
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the product offering and feed this back into the business
Who you are & What you have
You are a hungry, communicative and emotionally smart go-getter that is not afraid to go out and do what it takes to get in new business selling an innovative product in a competitive industry. In addition, you have:
- 2-10 years of BD / sales experience, preferably in the carpark industry or related
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in new business development
- Structured, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales to our target customers
- Outstanding relationship building skills, internally and with clients based on trust and reliability
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure a profitable contract is a must
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity when working on projects
- Presentation skills for live demos and meetings with clients/partners, as well as across the business when delivering new ideas to grow the team
