They are doing so by creating a fully automated systems that detects when drivers enter and exit enabled car parks and then automatically bills them for their length of stay. Put simply, your car is now your payment card.

What You Will Do:

As a Relationship Manager at Hozah, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying their needs, and providing customer-based constructive feedback to our Senior Management team. Your key activities and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Monitor and address customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any client-related challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the services provided to clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for Hozah's services.
  • Communicate customer requirements and insights to the Senior Management team
  • Provide training and support to clients on the utilization of Hozahs platform
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential growth opportunities within the existing client base

What You Have/What You Have Done:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a UK university or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
