About Metagravity

MetaGravity is a deep-technology start-up headquartered in London which is solving the concurrency problem in simulation for massive virtual worlds and games. Current game video game technology is limited. For example, Fortnite can only support a maximum of 100 players in a self consistent instance and Electronic Arts had to downsize their Battlefield multiplayer ambitions from 128 players to 64.

The next generation of online games and metaverse experiences demand much larger simulated realities beyond what is currently feasible. Think, tens of thousands to millions of players and AI beings!

Metagravitys networking engine is the solution to that problem, allowing games developer on engines such as Unreal and Unity to deliver experiences to an infinite number of concurrent players.

Access to the Metagravity Engine is offered via a decentralized L1 (Layer-1) blockchain called Graviton ($GRAV). Our clients use our technology to build and deploy virtual worlds which they pay for by consuming $GRAV coins (gas).

Job Summary

Our proprietary engine has been built and tested. Now we need an exceptional VP of Marketing to help us bring our $GRAV coin to market.

Youll also look after a team of two who are leading parallel efforts in marketing our first AAA title (Edge of Chaos) as well as our technology itself.

The initial focus on the role will be to market and launch our GRAV and BOSON tokens and your responsibilities will grow as our growth accelerates.


Your responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the launch of our upcoming blockchain tokens (GRAV and BOSON)

  • Achieve a successful ICO listing price and sustain post-listing value momentum.

  • Engage with the crypto community, utilizing various platforms and media to tell our story compellingly.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.

  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve the best ROI

  • Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team two direct reports from Day 1, but growing , fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

  • Oversee the development of a wide range of marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, and video content.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of at least 7 years of professional marketing experience (5 of them in a senior role), with at least 2 years in the crypto / blockchain space
  • You have already launched a token (either as the lead marketeer or as part of the team)

  • Experience in strategizing and optimizing ICO listing prices and maintaining momentum post-listing

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding and rapport within the crypto community to sell our narrative convincingly

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Established relationships with major players in the crypto world exchanges, influencers, and investors

  • An innovative mindset, with a knack for spotting and acting on emerging trends
