About the job VP Sales
Our client is an innovative SaaS business that aims at revolutionizing parking payment. They are doing so by creating a fully automated systems that detects when drivers enter and exit enabled car parks and then automatically bills them for their length of stay. Put simply, your car is now your payment card.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including selling to land owners, mutual funds, asset managements, and other potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales efforts and ensure customer needs are met.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to senior management.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our client's solutions and expand the customer base.

What you have / What you have done:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar sales leadership roles.
- Experience managing a team of salespeople, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Previous experience in the software industry, preferably with SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of the car park industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in selling to land owners, mutual funds, asset managements, or related industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
