What You Will Do:

  • You will be reporting directly to our CXO & CTO. This position serves as an exclusive forum for individuals aspiring to excel in a position to lead divisions. It offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the main projects and strategic decisions of our organization across markets, fostering accelerated professional growth and paving the way for future leadership responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our C-level and senior management on a variety of exciting projects and tasks that you plan, coordinate, and implement independently (e.g. Process Automation, Data Analytics, Operational Efficiency, Org Building)
  • You drive initiatives that contribute to the companys success throughout our international expansion phase and beyond, while ensuring that we deliver a best-in-class customer experience to our students
  • You act as the go-to person for cross-departmental collaboration and support our senior leadership in scaling our platform services while taking (interim)-ownership over strategically important projects whenever needed
  • In your role, you will support us in organizing and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), board meetings and other strategic discussions

Who You Are & What You've Done:

  • You have a strong business acumen, growth mindset, and above-average analytical skills which help you to quickly understand complex relationships and identify optimization potential
  • You have a highly proactive and hands-on approach to challenges and are a team player with an independent and structured way of working
  • Your customer- and growth-oriented mindset drives you to learn new things every day, to question the old and to achieve top performance for yourself and your environment
  • You value speed and efficient processes in an agile environment. You pride yourself in getting things done
  • Ideally, you have an outstanding degree from a top university, and preferably 2-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (e.g. management consulting, private equity, rapidly growing startups, investment banking, venture capital, or similar)
  • You are highly communicative and enjoy working with people to achieve great results
