Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end proposal process within the offshore oil & gas industry. You'll work with minimal supervision, occasionally leading a team to develop and submit high-quality proposals. Collaborating across departments, you'll play a key role in securing contracts and driving business growth in this growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Proposal Development: Spearhead the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other bid opportunities within the maritime and offshore sectors.

Business Growth: Play a critical role in driving business growth by submitting compelling proposals to key clients, contributing to the companys expansion in the offshore market.

End-to-End Proposal Process: Manage the entire proposal development process, including requirement analysis, proposal outline creation, scheduling, coordination with subject matter experts, and content writing and editing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and technical teams, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.

Content Repository Management: Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency, ensure consistency, and uphold quality standards across all submissions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposal drafts to ensure accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and alignment with the companys standards.

Risk Assessment: Assess commercial risks associated with proposals and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies and contingencies are applied.

Handover to Operations: Complete detailed handover documentation to the operational teams upon contract award, ensuring smooth transition and execution of awarded projects.

Time Management: Manage multiple proposal deadlines and priorities effectively to meet submission deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Education Level
