Job Purpose

To support the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from the Team Leader.
• Prepare, assemble, and pack products in line with specifications.
• Carry out basic quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company and food safety requirements.
• Complete required documentation, including production and traceability records.
• Assist with machine set-up, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Ensure materials and supplies are available and properly stored.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and report hazards promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards is advantageous.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced production floor environment.
• Shift-based working, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Standing for long periods and manual handling may be required.
• Use of protective clothing and equipment as required.
