Role Purpose
A leading juice and beverage producer supplying Retail, Wholesale and Foodservice customers across Ireland and the UK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive.
This role is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers, anticipating their needs, and driving sales growth. The position forms a key part of the Commercial Team, with particular focus on the Foodservice and Wholesale markets in Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate will support account management activities across own-label and branded products, contribute to commercial performance, and ensure smooth coordination across internal departments. The role requires some travel within Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customer accounts.

Retain and grow existing business through proactive account management.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting commercial documentation.

Manage inbound communications (email and phone).

Analyse sales data, track performance, and report insights to management.

Communicate customer-specific requirements internally to ensure delivery.
Product Launch & Promotion Coordination

Support coordination of product launches and promotional campaigns.

Prepare and track documentation related to promotional performance.

Liaise with Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Coordinate distribution of promotional materials and product samples.
Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Conduct market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Compile performance data for internal reviews.

Support preparation of business reviews and customer presentations.
Customer Communication & Issue Resolution

Act as a primary contact for customer queries.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding order updates or changes.

Person Specification
Essential

Proven experience in a commercial sales role.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving ability.

Full driving licence.
