Territory Manager, N. Ireland (FT)
Salary: £40,000 basic + 5% Bonus
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our growing team.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a select range of premium alcoholic beverages to key customers across Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be achieving sales targets and KPIs, strengthening relationships with wholesale partners and key trade customers, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the Northern Ireland territory and play a key role in the success of a well-established company in the alcohol industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and retail stores.
- Organize brand presentations, events, tastings, and takeovers to showcase product offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to maximize sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and activations to boost brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports on market performance and personal KPIs to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management within the alcohol or beverage industry. Familiarity with the Northern Ireland alcohol market and its key players is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts effectively.
