Job Title: Machine Operative

Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year

Shift Pattern:
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operative to join a busy food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality, preparing ingredients, and supporting packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Prepare and handle ingredients according to production requirements
Monitor product quality and report any issues
Carry out packaging and labelling duties
Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organised working area
Complete production checks and records as required
Identify and report machinery or production issues

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of food production and hygiene standards
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and safety-conscious
Must be a car owner with the ability to drive to and from the site

Benefits:
