Job Title: Commercial Executive
Location: Ballynahinch, Co. Down, with regular travel
Salary: £30,000 per year + performance bonus of up to £3,000
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded graduate or early-career professional to join a growing business in a varied, hands-on role covering sales, brand representation, customer relationships, and operations.
The successful candidate will support on- and off-trade sales, represent the business at tastings, events, and international trade shows, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and hospitality partners. The role will also involve providing commercial and administrative support to the senior team and assisting with tours, events, and Visitor Centre activities when required.
This role would suit someone who is highly motivated, confident with customers, organised, personable, and keen to develop broad commercial experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support on- and off-trade sales activities
Build and maintain customer, distributor, and hospitality relationships
Represent the business at tastings, events, and trade shows
Support international and domestic commercial activities
Provide administrative and commercial support to the senior team
Assist with tours, events, and Visitor Centre activities when required
Take ownership of tasks and contribute to business development
Requirements:
Graduate or early-career professional with a strong commercial mindset
Confident and personable when dealing with customers
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
Package:
£30,000 base salary
Performance bonus of up to £3,000

Salary review after 12 months with potential progression to £32,000–£34,000
