Bee On The Job Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 2025
Thank you for participating in our Referral Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation when referring qualified candidates to Bee On The Job for direct hire placement. By submitting a referral, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Program Overview
Our Referral Program rewards individuals who refer qualified candidates for open positions listed by Bee On The Job. If your referral is hired and meets the program criteria, you may be eligible for a referral bonus.
2. Who Can Refer
• Individuals 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Open to external applicants, internal employees, consultants, and the general public.
• No employment relationship with us is required to participate.
3. Who Can Be Referred
• Candidates must be new to our database and not under active consideration.
• Must be placed in a direct hire position through our agency.
• Must complete 90 consecutive days of employment.
• Candidates must confirm who referred them during the application process.
4. How to Submit a Referral
Referrals must be submitted through one of the following:
• Official Referral Form on our website: [Insert URL]
• Email to info@beeonthejob.com with subject: “Candidate Referral – [Name]”
Please include:
• Your full name and contact information
• Candidate's full name, resume, and contact info
• (Optional) Desired position or job title
5. Referral Bonus and Payment
• Standard bonus: $500 for standard positions, CEO or executive roles receive $700.
• Paid via check, PayPal, or gift card within 30 days after the 90-day employment period
• A W-9 form may be required for bonuses exceeding $600
• All taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
6. Exclusions and Limitations
No bonus will be issued if:
• The candidate is already in our system or under active review
• The candidate does not confirm the referral
• The hire leaves or is terminated within 90 days
• There is a duplicate referral — only the first valid one will be honored
• The referral involves fraud or misrepresentation
7. Multiple Referrals
• Only the first referrer of a candidate will be eligible for the bonus
• A maximum of 5 referrals/year bonuses may be awarded per person annually
8. Right to Modify or Terminate
Bee On The Job reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or change the program at any time. We also reserve the right to deny any referral that violates these terms or raises concerns of fraud or abuse.
9. No Employment Relationship
Participation in this program does not create any employment or contractor relationship with Bee On The Job. Submitting referrals does not guarantee employment for any individual.
10. Legal Compliance
All participants must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Misuse of this program may result in legal action.
