Role Overview:
We're looking for Virtual Assistants to join our talent pool, providing a range of services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced VAs and newcomers who wish to work remotely and grow with a new company. We welcome VAs from all backgrounds.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in commonly used software and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in real estate or knowledge of real estate tools (e.g., MLS, CRM software) is a plus, but not required.
- NBI Clearance (required after you pass the recruitment process)
Workstation Requirements:
Primary PC and backup device (laptop) with minimum system requirements:
Processor: Intel Core i3 (or AMD equivalent)
System Memory: 8GB RAM
Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS
- Stable primary and backup internet at at least 5 Mbps.
- Backup power source in case of power outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative Location.
- Headset with Noise-Canceling Feature
- Webcam
