Job Overview:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through targeted outreach efforts. With strong communication skills and a professional phone presence, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various platforms and databases.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our products and services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their interest in our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a very good English accent.
  • Ability to deliver clear, persuasive messages to engage potential clients.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using CRMs to manage leads and track progress.

Experience Level:

  • Intermediate level (Moderate experience with the ability to handle more complex tasks and scenarios.)

Work Details

  • Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM CST
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Long term
  • Weekly Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation and Benefits

  • Rate: $3.5/hour
  • Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly
