Job Description:

We are seeking talented and dedicated Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our talent pool. As a Real Estate VA, you will support real estate professionals with various tasks, such as managing property listings, coordinating appointments, handling client communications, and conducting market research. Your role is crucial in helping real estate businesses operate smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and update databases
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle client inquiries and communications
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support marketing efforts through social media and email campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a real estate virtual assistant
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in commonly used software and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Workstation Requirements:

Primary PC and backup device (laptop) with minimum system requirements:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 (or AMD equivalent)
  • System Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS
  • Stable primary and backup internet at at least 5 Mbps.
  • Backup power source in case of power outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative Location.
  • Headset with Noise-Canceling Feature
  • Webcam
  • NBI Clearance (required after you pass the recruitment process)
