They've created a unique marketplace platform designed to help fitness professionals and businesses like personal trainers, gyms, studios, and wellness providers get discovered by clients and grow their brand and clients. Their mission is to make wellness more accessible by connecting users with fitness experiences that match their lifestyle and goals.

As they scale, they're looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to help expand their network of fitness business partners across the United States.

Role Overview

As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential fitness business partners, educate them about the platform, and book qualified discovery calls for the CEO or sales team. Youll play a key role in helping the company grow its user base and strengthen relationships with gyms, studios, and independent trainers across the U.S.

You'll be provided with leads, training materials, and sales tools. You are expected to take full ownership of your performance, be proactive in communication, and uphold high professionalism in every outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to fitness businesses (e.g., gyms, trainers, wellness studios) using provided call lists

  • Introduce the platform clearly and confidently, highlighting key benefits

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the internal team

  • Handle basic objections and inquiries with professionalism

  • Update and manage leads using the CRM (HubSpot or similar tools)

  • Submit daily reports and meet call/booking targets

  • Collaborate closely with the team to improve scripts and outreach strategy

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Confident, coachable, and driven by results

  • Comfortable using dialers, CRMs, and outreach tools

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently

  • Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Performance Expectations

  • Make 160-200+ calls per day using an auto-dialer

  • Book 15-20 qualified appointments per week

  • Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM updates

  • Be responsive and available during work hours via Slack/Google Chat

  • Actively participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
