Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing performance management policies and compensation structures.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance indicators and reviews.
  • Implement HR processes and systems supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate HR processes' effectiveness and improve analytical models.

Key Tasks:

Implement Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Monitor HR readiness for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in leading operations team for implementation.

Implement HR Systems for Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure HR systems comply with requirements.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.

Run Compensation & Benefits Analytics:

  • Set objectives for data analysis.
  • Analyze HR data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement organization-wide performance policies.
  • Support managers in communicating performance goals.

Compensation Management:

  • Assist in designing and implementing compensation exercises.
  • Conduct market benchmarking for competitiveness.

Core Requirements:

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR.
  • Around 5 years of HR experience.
