Job Description:

Are you a digital enthusiast with a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with consumers in the ecommerce landscape? We're seeking an Executive/Higher Executive to join our team and spearhead the digitalization of our processes, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences through innovative content creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation:

  • Design engaging and visually appealing content, including product photography, for ecommerce platforms.
  • Utilize various social commerce platforms to brand and market the company's products effectively.

Technological Innovation:

  • Develop dashboards using digital tools such as Power BI and Power App to streamline processes.
  • Conduct data analytics and provide valuable feedback to Managers and the GM for informed decision-making.
  • Review and drive digitalization processes for operational efficiency.

Customer Service Management:

  • Implement solutions to address customer queries, leveraging sales and customer management knowledge.
  • Understand customer information and needs to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely and well-documented responses to all customer queries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers/vendors to resolve product defects and address customer feedback.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze customer queries to identify opportunities for enhancing retail services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
  • Ability to manage onerous duties and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm) except public holidays with occasional overtime on weekends.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline (preferred relevant studies in marketing communications, consumer insights, e-commerce, digital, and social media marketing).
  • 3 years of work experience in related areas.
  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest in digital marketing and ecommerce are welcome to apply.
