About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to assume the role of Luxury Boutique Manager. As the leader of this exclusive retail space, you will be responsible for curating an unparalleled shopping experience for our discerning clientele while achieving sales targets and maintaining the boutique's prestigious image.
Roles and responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to ensure a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a client database and strategize on personalized outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while upholding the brand's luxury standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the luxury watches and fine jewelry market.
- Collaborate with suppliers and brands to stay updated on the latest collections, trends, and industry developments.
- Ensure the boutique's inventory is curated to reflect the brand's exclusivity and cater to the tastes of the target clientele.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled sales associates, ensuring they embody the brand's values and provide exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Oversee the presentation and layout of the boutique to create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
What you will bring along with you
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry and 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in watches and/or fine jewellery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market and an understanding of high-net-worth clientele.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers.
