Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Channel Sales Manager to establish and strengthen relationships with our assigned channel partners. The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales quotas, drive profitability, and meet set objectives. As the representative of the Business Unit, you will also be responsible for promoting our complete range of offerings to assigned partners and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture productive and professional relationships with assigned partners to drive business growth.
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned partner accounts.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace developments and competitor activities by actively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Foster the adoption of company programs by providing partners with up-to-date information about new products and enhancements.
- Meet and exceed the assigned sales quota in the designated partner accounts.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop partner account plans that meet our company standards.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings in accordance with our company standards.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
