Role Summary: 

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing performance. By understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, you will develop and execute effective product strategies that maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in product management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to the growth and profitability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Planning:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to develop and execute product plans.
  • Identify new product opportunities and make recommendations for product enhancements or portfolio expansion.
  1. Product Development and Launch:
  • Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for product launches.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing teams to execute product launches effectively.
  1. Product Performance and Optimization:
  • Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective pricing strategies, sales tools, and promotional materials.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or distribution industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions, networking, and data center products is desirable.
