ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the Cisco focus and scale partners to ensure business stability, growth and provide a predictable
- environment for the assigned business unit. Build relationships with the resellers to promote assigned Cisco
- solutions on targeted business segment.
- Match accounts and activities with these channel partners to build pipeline using the range of Cisco products. Covisit with the partners sales representative to sell the assigned Cisco solution to the end users.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect/Presales on solution and technical deliverables. Work with the channel
- team to provide the partners the assigned Cisco solution and pricing strategy. Maintain good working relation with
- Vendor on GTM strategy and project engagement.
- Provide timely and constant update to the partners on the development of the products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve the revenue and profit target
- Promote complementary vendors within the Cisco practise
- Own and drive Channel Development Plan
- Engage with the vendors Account/Channel managers on development of channel relationships
- Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors staff and senior management team
- Promote services practise for the assigned Cisco business
- Provide coaching to the reseller sales representative on the assigned Cisco solution
- Work with team to align vendors and channel partners objectives
- Drive vendors sales through Tier-2 resellers and ATP partners
- Maintain exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure punctuality to all internal and external meetings
- Meet all reporting deadlines including pipeline reports
- Meet appropriate quarterly MBOs
