Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee and maintain strong relationships with our Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) clients. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SMEs clients receive excellent customer service, managing their accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality customer service and meet clients' expectations
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities, leveraging the company's product and service offerings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to SMEs clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and capabilities
  • Manage clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and contract renewals
  • Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other business forums to expand the company's presence and visibility
  • Provide regular reports to management on clients' performance, satisfaction, and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SMEs segment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and market trends
