Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Control Manager to join our team. As the Credit Risk Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the credit risk control function within our organization. Your primary role will involve ensuring the accuracy of Profit and Loss (P/L) statements, preparing risk and position reports, and conducting assessments to identify and analyze potential risks. You will also be responsible for evaluating the severity of each risk, auditing processes and procedures, and developing risk management controls and systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with other business stakeholders, present recommendations, and assist in implementing solutions and contingency plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of Profit and Loss (P/L) statements through reconciliation processes.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports and position reports.
• Conduct assessments to identify and analyze potential risks.
• Evaluate the severity of each risk by assessing its potential consequences.
• Audit existing processes and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement risk management controls and systems.
• Design processes to eliminate or reduce potential risks.
• Create contingency plans to effectively manage crises.
• Evaluate existing policies and procedures to identify weaknesses and propose improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations with recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk management or credit risk control.
• Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus.
