About the job Business Development Executive, Customized Solutions
Job Scope:
- Address customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information and suitable software solutions based on their needs and interests.
- Engage in all stages of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Actively source new leads and promptly handle warm leads to ensure successful project closures.
- Prepare detailed and convincing proposals, including accurate quotations and timelines based on potential customers' business requirements.
- Manage existing client relationships to retain revenue and increase lifetime value.
- Provide clear briefings to internal team members once a project is secured and maintain active communication with the management team regarding revenue reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with an agency background.
- Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, React Native, and SQL.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive interpersonal relationships.
