Job Scope:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information and suitable software solutions based on their needs and interests.
  • Engage in all stages of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Actively source new leads and promptly handle warm leads to ensure successful project closures.
  • Prepare detailed and convincing proposals, including accurate quotations and timelines based on potential customers' business requirements.
  • Manage existing client relationships to retain revenue and increase lifetime value.
  • Provide clear briefings to internal team members once a project is secured and maintain active communication with the management team regarding revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with an agency background.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, React Native, and SQL.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive interpersonal relationships.
