Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Business Manager who will be responsible for gaining valuable insights into business opportunities aligned with our corporate strategy, regional goals, and industry objectives.
In this role, you will analyze, communicate, and explore opportunities in the data center market to drive the achievement of market targets and effectively implement our strategies.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial as you plan, design, deliver, and accept data center solutions for our customers and partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customers' business and strategic requirements.
- Influence customers' plans and budgets to align with our solutions and services.
- Design innovative solutions that meet customer requirements while considering competition, profitability, and deliverability.
- Influence decision-making supporters and key decision makers within customer organizations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Promote lead generation initiatives and successfully convert leads into opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive solution strategies that address customer needs and align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

- Foster partnerships with key industry players to drive business expansion and strategic alliances.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven experience in business management, sales, or operations, specifically in the data centre industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre technologies, infrastructure, and industry trends.
- Business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
