Hours are 7am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday's are all for overtime or you can work a 4 day week and have a long weekend.

Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.

Double time for Sundays.

25 days holiday plus your bank holidays

Skilled structural steel mig welders required.

I was lucky enough to work for a major steel fabrication company and work on some of the most iconic builds in the UK. You now have a chance to do the same.

My client is one of the biggest producers of structural steel throughout Europe.

They have many facilities in the UK, India and Singapore.

My client deals in many sectors including Nuclear, Energy, oil & gas, Infrastructure and retail.

After securing more work and having a very healthy order book they now wish to employ more structural steel mig welders.

The Mig welder requirements-

Heavy plate experience and structural steel welding preferred.

Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 preferred.

The Mig welder-Excellent ability with MIG welding process.

The Mig welder-Must be able to put down fillet and multi run fillets that are neat and tidy.

The MIg welder- have the ability to weld butts to a high standard. Flux core experience an advantage.

Welds will be subject to NDT.

You must be competent working on your own or part of a team.

Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.

Wear the appropriate PPE at all times.

Punctual.
