About the job HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator is a human resources professional who supports the daily operations of a company's HR department. They serve as a critical link between employees, job applicants, and HR managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and data entry. They perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to hiring, benefits, retirement plans, and employee relations. This position will be located on-site at our corporate office in Littleton, CO. The salary range for this role is between $31.00 - $37.00 USD, commensurate with relative years of experience, education, and a combination of other related factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, orientations, and trainings
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and communication with benefit providers
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist with compiling reports, audits, and employee data as needed
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Expertise in Benefits Administration
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous HR experience is a plus

Education, License and Experience:

  • Degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll
  • HRIS experience is required.
  • Vista experience is a plus.
  • Prevailing Wage experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Must maintain a clear background check in order to satisfy customer jobsite badging requirements.
  • Consistent, reliable, and timely attendance
  • Maintain a clear drug and alcohol screening protocol.
