POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Maintenance Technician, youll keep our homes guest-ready and safe by tackling work orders, preventive care, and quick-turn fixes across the Space Coast. Youll use mobile and desktop apps to document work, communicate with the team, and close tickets fastdirectly impacting guest reviews and owner confidence. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Triage and complete daily maintenance tickets with clear notes and photos in our apps
  • Perform preventive maintenance (filters, batteries, test/inspect safety devices) to reduce guest-impact issues.
  • Diagnose and repair common household problems (minor plumbing, electrical, appliances, doors/locks).
  • Prepare homes between stays, walkthroughs, quick fixes, and quality checks to meet turn deadlines.
  • Escalate larger repairs and coordinate vendor visits; verify completion and quality.
  • Maintain organized parts and tool inventory; track usage and request restock proactively.
  • Conduct routine exterior checks (lighting, walkways, basic landscaping touch-ups as needed) for safety and curb appeal.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend cost-effective, durable solutions to reduce repeat calls.
  • Communicate ETAs and status updates to the operations team and, when needed, owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Haves:

  • Comfortable using mobile and desktop applications for work orders, messaging, and documentation.
  • Strong communicatorclear notes, timely updates, and professional guest interactions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Available to work Sundays.

  • Own a basic set of maintenance tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in property or hospitality maintenance (short-term rentals a plus).
  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing/electrical, appliance troubleshooting, and light carpentry.
  • Familiarity with pool/spa checks and minor exterior upkeep.

  • Experience using maintenance/work-order software.
