Beachside Vacation Rentals (BeachsideVR) is hiring dependable Housekeepers to support our vacation rental homes across the Space Coast. This role focuses on turnover cleans between guest stays, meaning homes must be cleaned, staged, and fully guest-ready on a set schedule. We supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment.

We are hiring Individual Housekeepers and are not hiring teams at this time.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacation rental homes between guest stays meeting our cleaning standards

• Perform detailed housekeeping including sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting

• Make beds with clean linens and reset bedrooms

• Clean, reset and stage kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces

• Check and restock guest consumables as needed

• Complete light outdoor pickup (patios, entryways) and clean grills when required

• Report damages, missing items, or issues promptly using our system

• Use Breezeway to complete clean reports, checklists, and updates

Requirements

• Experience with vacation rental or hotel housekeeping and cleaning preferred

• Understanding of turn-day timelines and expectations

• Comfortable and familiar with cleaning to hospitality standards

• Able to use a smartphone and cleaning apps like Breezeway

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay

• $17.50/hour

• Daytime shifts based on guest check-outs and check-ins

• Flexible availability is a must
