Business Analyst / Projektunterstützung Migration Dokumenten-Management

For an upcoming migration project, we are looking for experienced support in the areas of business analysis and document management systems.

Scope of Work:

• Migration of the document management system from assentis to kwsoft.de
• Analysis, specification, and functional support of the migration
• Transfer and adaptation of existing forms into the new system
• Testing of migrated processes and forms (ideally automated and/or AI-supported using suitable tools)
• Support in project planning, structuring, and quality assurance

Project Start:

• Expected in Q2
• Effort and resource requirements are currently being defined

Required Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of kwsoft.de
• Experience in migrating forms from a document management system (in particular assentis)
• Experience as a Business Analyst (specification, testing, ideally with automation/AI support)
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Location: Vienna, with a high degree of remote work expected (no need to be based in Vienna)
