Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SRM & SQM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supplier Quality Management (SQM) processes within SAP landscapes. The role requires strong functional expertise in procurement and supplier lifecycle management, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, supplier evaluation, and quality compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SRM and SQM solutions
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP configurations
  • Configure and manage supplier lifecycle processes, including onboarding, qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring
  • Design and optimize procurement and sourcing workflows aligned with organizational policies
  • Integrate SAP SRM/SQM with SAP MM, S/4HANA, and other logistics modules
  • Support supplier quality processes such as audits, non-conformance handling, corrective actions, and compliance tracking
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality
  • Drive enhancements, troubleshooting, and system optimization initiatives
  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and digital procurement transformation
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Support testing activities including SIT/UAT and manage go-live and hyper care phases


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SRM and/or SAP Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier collaboration processes
  • Strong configuration knowledge of SRM scenarios (Classic, Extended Classic, or Decentralized)
  • Experience integrating SRM/SQM with SAP MM, S/4HANA, and Ariba (if applicable)
  • Solid understanding of supplier evaluation, contract management, and compliance processes
  • Experience in handling master data, workflows, and approval processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration
  • Exposure to Fiori applications and SAP UI5
  • Understanding of quality management standards (ISO, audit processes, etc.)
  • Experience working in global or multi-country SAP environments


Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
