SAP MM Consultant - 6414

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management to lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Configure and customize SAP MM modules including:
• Procurement Processes (PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts)
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Management
• Material Master Data
• Invoice Verification
• Drive integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and PP
• Handle system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle optimization
• Conduct workshops and interact with business users for solution design and process improvement
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Ensure best practices, compliance, and process standardization

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP MM configuration
• Proven experience in S/4HANA environment (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics business processes
• Experience in integration with FI/CO for invoice verification and account determination
• Strong knowledge of:
• Release Strategies
• Pricing Procedures
• Output Determination
• Batch Management (if applicable)
• STO and Intercompany Processes
• Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinating with technical teams
• Hands-on experience in UAT, testing, and business user support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP SRM
• Exposure to EWM or Warehouse processes
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations
• Experience in global template rollouts
• Understanding of integration with third-party procurement systems

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
• SAP Certification in MM (preferred)
