About the job Digital Workplace Specialist - Content Designer - (26000AHF)
Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the My Digital Workplace (MDW) catalogue, which is a key source of information for SG end-users to understand how to access and use Digital Workplace tools and what applies based on entity, location, and user scope.

- Own the MDW catalogue end to end in English and French: create, structure, maintain, and continuously update catalogue pages (including the annual update campaign and ad-hoc updates)
- Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SG standards and terminology by coordinating reviews and validations with PMs/POs and technical/business stakeholders
- Increase visibility and adoption of the MDW offer by promoting the catalogue; contributing to improvements in navigation and search (keywords, tagging); and driving awareness of key services through targeted communications and adoption campaigns
- Support AI smart assistant integration by structuring and cleansing knowledge sources, defining prompt strategy, and continuously optimising prompts using MDW knowledge
- Ensure cross-channel consistency (between our platforms) and clarity of the Digital Workplace offer (including for new joiners from other tenants) to drive adoption, reduce change resistance, and limit support tickets through self-service
- Adapt and maintain catalogue content to support business continuity needs
- Monitor, analyse, and report on catalogue performance (usage and content effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement actions
- Propose a user-centric structure for catalogue pages and evolve it as user needs change
