About the job DLP Functional Administrator - (26000H28)
You will join the DLP team within Infrastructure & Security Services department. As Functional Administrator, you will support the functional configuration and daily management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform, covering business engagement, user support and functional operations. You will analyse and challenge user needs, prepare and implement validated changes, propose optimized alternatives when possible, and ensure delivery as per ITSM guidelines, in a secure compliant manner.
Responsabilities:
- Investigate and remediate functional incidents related to the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform and/or linked services offering.
- Provide functional support to the application's users and the DLP point of contact.
- Collaborate with transversal teams in Paris to adapt all technical implementations with the data protection standards.
- Monitor key data flows and ensure alignment with security and data protection standards.
- Manage and optimize DLP policies, controls, and preventive monitoring requirements as per the group's data protection standards.
- Contribute to automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
- Support testing, quality assurance and requirements analysis for service evolutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change requests, and project implementations: collection of needs, timeline, risks and delivery estimate and documentation when necessary.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and other technical teams (internal or transversal) to deliver effective security solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records for DLP services and new implementations (projects).
Profile
- 1–3 years' experience in DLP/security platform administration or IT functional support experience with basic cybersecurity knowledge.
- Strong analysis, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, with technical teams and non-technical teams/stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver independently but also in a team collaborative environment.
- Autonomy and problem-solving capacity, likes puzzles and finding solutions in challenging situations.
- Stakeholder management and engagement skills (excel and power point applied basic knowledge is a must).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and conversational level in French (B1+ or B2)
- Availability to work on legal holidays per rotation within the team and weekend/out of business hours in specific circumstances (P1/P2 incident ongoing or essential deliveries that can't be made during business hours).
- Symantec DLP Platform management and configuration would be a plus.
- ITIL certification would be a plus.
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft SC400 certification would be a plus.
- Agile - Scrum mindset would be a plus.
