UK Cloud Program Manager / Delivery Lead (UHTH7O)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate GCP programs, including benefit realization management and coordination of new capabilities.
• Provide strong leadership in building trusted client relationships at the CxO and Board level, aligning strategic program OKRs and roadmaps.
• Manage communication with all technical and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility of program progress.
• Build high-performing cross-functional teams and translate complex challenges into structured, actionable plans.
• Define program control criteria and promote process excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive program management experience in complex environments, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and implementing cloud adoption acceleration strategies.
• Experience planning and delivering cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in account management or consulting, working with channel partners and third-party teams.
• Ability to perform effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
