About the job Dynatrace Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Specialist to support our observability and application performance monitoring initiatives across complex and distributed environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Dynatrace, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, containerization, and scripting. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage Dynatrace environments, including OneAgent installation, dashboards, alerting, and custom monitoring configurations.

Monitor application performance and user experience, identify anomalies, and support in-depth root-cause analysis.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability and observability coverage.

Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and third-party platforms using scripting and APIs.

Participate in troubleshooting activities for complex performance issues across heterogeneous environments.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Application Performance Monitoring: Experience with Dynatrace or similar tools (Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, Elastic, Splunk).
- System Administration: Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems and on-premise virtualization infrastructures.
- Cloud and Containerization: Familiarity with major cloud services (compute, storage, networking) and technologies such as Kubernetes / OpenShift.
- Scripting and Development: Basic skills in Python and JavaScript for platform integrations and observability extensions.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in heterogeneous environments.
- Application Management: Basic understanding of application release processes, DevOps, CI/CD, pipelines, application servers, and databases (considered a plus).
- Certifications: Dynatrace certification preferred. Certifications related to major cloud providers (AWS / Azure / GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and operating systems (Windows / Red Hat) are also a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to work independently and in a team, including remotely, and to produce technical documentation.
