AppMod Engineer — Apigee

Core Requirement

Strong focus on Apigee, with deep expertise and a strong preference for Apigee OPDK (on-premises). Apigee Hybrid expertise is also acceptable. The key technology combination for this role is GKE + Apigee.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise in application design and development, including API management and Apigee implementation.
• Work with customers to design and develop applications on GKE and Cloud Run.
• Act as a technical advisor and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Create best practice recommendations, tutorials, technical articles, and sample code.
• Travel within the EU for customer meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery engagements.

• Proven track record in automating enterprise infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

Infrastructure CI/CD

• Design and maintenance of automated infrastructure pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Apigee X

• Solid understanding of organization topologies, environments, environment groups, instances, and endpoint attachments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting.
• Experience architecting and developing production-grade, internet-scale software solutions using Cloud Asset Inventory, OpenTelemetry, Cloud Build, and Cloud Deploy.
